Corporate Governance

The Company is governed by Group Leadership Team, which is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the Group and generating value for our stakeholders. Group Leadership Team is ultimately accountable for sustainability matters.

In order to fulfil our commitment as a socially and environmentally responsible company, Group Sustainable Development Department and Group Taskforces on respective sustainability areas work jointly to identify and analyse underlying sustainability risks to achieve business objectives, determine how risks should be managed and mitigated, and develop action plans in accordance to the corporate sustainability strategy. Information on sustainability risks and performance is reported to Group Leadership Team via Group Sustainable Development Department.
