Gender Quota is changing colour.

We believe in equal opportunities for our employees, and we equally believe that our business prospers from the diversity of our people. Yet, we are also aware that our gender quota still reflects the trend of a male-dominated industry.

Feeling compelled to make a change within the industry, raising awareness and promoting gender equality, HAESL decided to establish the “HAESL Women’s Network”.

A platform where the female staff is encouraged to share information, identify learning and growth opportunity while supporting each other with peer to peer learning. To further boost the impact of this initiative, HAESL’s management is planning to host a regular meeting with the network committee while also developing, in the future, a yearly plan of activities.
